The Jayakaya99 VIP Rewards Programme is built to ensure every loyal player gets more out of their experience. From ongoing cashback to a dedicated personal account manager, we make sure your loyalty truly pays off.
The higher your tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you. Every ringgit you wager earns VIP points and brings you one step closer to the next level.
At Jayakaya99, we believe loyal players deserve more than just entertainment. The Jayakaya99 VIP Rewards Programme is a tiered recognition system that lets every member automatically earn VIP points each time they play or place a bet. Whether you enjoy slots, Live Baccarat, roulette, or Sports Betting — every activity counts.
The VIP points system at Jayakaya99 is straightforward and transparent. For every RM10 wagered on slots, you earn 1 VIP point. For table games and Live Casino, the rate is 1 point for every RM20 wagered. Points accumulate in your account and automatically push your VIP tier up once the relevant threshold is reached.
What sets the Jayakaya99 program apart is a range of benefits that go well beyond standard bonuses. At higher tiers like Diamond and Elite, you get access to a personal account manager available via WhatsApp at any time. They're on hand to resolve any issues, arrange exclusive offers, and keep your gaming experience running smoothly.
Accumulated VIP points can be redeemed in a number of ways at Jayakaya99. The most popular option is converting points into game credits — typically at a rate of RM1 per 100 VIP points. VIP points can also be used to enter exclusive tournaments open only to VIP members.
Every month, Jayakaya99 hosts an exclusive VIP points redemption event where Gold VIP members and above can exchange their points for physical gifts, shopping vouchers, or game credits at enhanced value. This is part of our commitment to ensuring the Jayakaya99 VIP programme delivers real, tangible value to every member.
One important thing to note is that VIP points at Jayakaya99 never expire — as long as your account remains active, points continue to accumulate and can be redeemed whenever it suits you. That said, to maintain your VIP status at certain tiers, you will need to meet a minimum points requirement over three consecutive months. Full terms can be found on the Terms & Conditions page.

Many Malaysian players who have tried other platforms often share the same frustrating experience — bonuses that look generous but come loaded with hidden conditions, or VIP programmes that never quite deliver on their promises. At Jayakaya99, we take a different approach. Every VIP benefit is clearly stated, wagering requirements are fair, and the redemption process is straightforward with no lengthy approvals to wait on.
One thing Jayakaya99 players consistently praise is the reliability of the cashback. Unlike some platforms that only pay out cashback on losses above a certain threshold, Jayakaya99 VIP cashback is calculated on all net losses each week with no minimum requirement. That means even if you're down RM100, your cashback is still credited based on your VIP tier's percentage.
For players who actively bet on football — whether it's the Malaysia Super League or the EPL — Sports Betting wagers also contribute to your Jayakaya99 VIP points. This means you can climb VIP tiers not just through casino games, but through your favourite sports betting activity as well. Every game type at Jayakaya99 brings you closer to bigger rewards.
The most effective strategy for levelling up quickly at Jayakaya99 is to focus on slots — they offer the highest VIP point earn rate compared to table games. Go for high-RTP slots to stretch your bankroll further and get more playtime. Titles from Pragmatic Play and PGSoft are among the top picks for our VIP members.
Don't miss the double VIP points promotions that Jayakaya99 runs every month. During the promotional period, every wager counts twice toward your VIP points — meaning you can level up twice as fast. These promotions are typically announced via email, app notifications, and the Promotions page.
Another smart move is referring friends to Jayakaya99. Our referral program rewards you with bonus VIP points for every friend who successfully registers and makes a deposit. Not only does this help you level up faster, your friend also gets a generous welcome bonus in return. Reach out to our support team to find out more about the referral program.
